Shot Blast Operator

Pay Rate: $19.00/hour
Shift: 11:30 AM – 11:30 PM
Schedule: Rotating 12-hour shifts; weekends required
Location: Fort Worth, TX 76106

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Shot Blast Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating industrial equipment, forklift experience, and a strong commitment to safety, quality, and productivity.

Responsibilities

Load and unload the Shot Blast System
Polish critical areas of workpieces as required by customer specifications
Ensure shot blast equipment is operating efficiently and safely
Maximize equipment utilization and productivity
Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment and work area
Respond to equipment alarms and troubleshoot as needed
Accurately document production activities
Assist with other production tasks as required

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience operating industrial equipment
High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum 1 year of forklift experience
Strong communication skills
Good problem-solving and analytical abilities
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift
Must be able to work a rotating schedule and weekends as required
