Lifecycle Management Associate

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Lifecycle Management Associate based in United States. This role supports and improves employee lifecycle operations while developing practical skills in low-code technology and process automation. You’ll work across HR functions to help manage employee data, coordinate initiatives, support reporting, and maintain operational continuity. The position combines HR operations, systems support, data quality, analytics, and process improvement in a structured environment. You’ll help translate operational needs into actionable requirements and identify opportunities to reduce manual work and increase scalability. The role is well suited to an early-career professional who is analytical, detail-oriented, curious, and eager to learn new technologies. You’ll collaborate with experienced analysts and project teams while progressively building expertise in employee lifecycle processes and systems. Accountabilities: Support employee lifecycle initiatives and projects by completing assigned tasks, coordinating workstreams, gathering information, and tracking deliverables and timelines. Coordinate with HR teams such as HRIS, Payroll, and Benefits to support initiatives, communicate updates, and escalating risks or blockers when needed. Enter, update, validate, and maintain employee lifecycle data across HRIS and related systems while identifying and correcting basic discrepancies. Support testing for system enhancements, updates, and process changes, following established procedures to maintain data integrity and consistency. Compile lifecycle information from systems and reporting tools and prepare basic reports, tables, summaries, and leadership materials using Excel and other tools. Provide Tier 1 support for routine lifecycle transactions and questions, including job changes, transfers, and terminations, escalating complex matters to senior team members. Help maintain service continuity during high-volume periods and ensure assigned operational activities are completed accurately and on time. Create, update, and maintain SOPs, process guides, job aids, and other documentation while identifying documentation gaps and improvement opportunities. Apply growing knowledge of low-code tools to help eliminate manual work, improve processes, and support scalable lifecycle operations. Collaborate with Lifecycle Analysts and project teams to clarify operational requirements, identify risks, and prepare information that enables effective decision-making. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Systems, Analytics, or a related field; an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered. 0–2 years of experience in HR, operations, data support, administration, or a related environment. Internship experience or exposure to HR systems, employee data, analytics, or reporting is preferred. Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow established processes accurately and consistently. Foundational analytical skills and comfort working with data, identifying inconsistencies, and preparing basic reports. Interest in learning and building solutions using low-code technologies and automation tools. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and ask questions when guidance is needed. Ability to manage multiple assignments and priorities in a structured, fast-paced environment. Willingness and ability to learn employee lifecycle concepts, HR systems, and new processes quickly. Ability to work remotely from a dedicated workstation and use computers, phone systems, and multiple software applications for extended periods.
