Work Schedule - This is a full-time position: MondayThursday + Every Other Friday Hours: 8:00 am 5:00 pm Includes a 1-hour lunch break. Manage patient appointments efficiently, coordinating schedules to optimize clinic flow and minimize wait times. Handle patient inquiries with clarity and empathy, providing accurate information and addressing concerns promptly. Maintain accurate patient records, ensuring all data is up-to-date and confidentially managed in compliance with healthcare regulations. Coordinate with dental staff to ensure seamless communication and support for patient care and treatment plans. Process billing and insurance claims accurately, assisting patients with understanding their financial responsibilities. Prepare for upcoming appointments by ensuring X-rays, insurance information, and clinical notes are ready in advance. Qualifications Skills & Qualifications That Support Success in This Role Strong written, verbal, and telephone communication skills. Experience in presenting treatment plans, verifying insurance plans, discussing insurance benefits, and supporting patient flow. Familiarity with dental terminology and dental billing concepts. Experience using dental EHR/Practice Management software - EagleSoft is a plus. Prior dental front office experience is required. We may consider candidates with strong Medical PCC backgrounds and transferable skills.
