Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass various clinical tasks aimed at improving family dynamics and individual mental health. Specifically, you will:

• Conduct both individual and couple's therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based methods to address issues ranging from communication difficulties to grief and loss.

• Assess and develop personalized treatment plans addressing family conflicts, job-related stressors, and the effects of physical or psychological abuse.

• Engage clients in therapy focused on challenges faced by blended families and navigating the complexities of separation and divorce.

• Implement therapeutic strategies to facilitate conflict resolution among family members or siblings, ensuring a comprehensive approach to each client's needs.
