Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery (Travel) in Vail, Colorado. This travel assignment starts 06/01/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay ranges from $2,724 to $2,880 with guaranteed hours of 24 per week. Shift is a 3x12 rotating schedule (days 07:00-19:00 and/or nights 19:00-07:00). The position requires active RN licensure in Colorado or a valid compact state, plus required certifications and experience.

Responsibilities
- Deliver direct nursing care for antepartum, laboring, delivery, recovery, postpartum, and well newborn patients, including lactation support.
- Monitor maternal and fetal status, perform assessments, prepare and administer medications, assist in procedures, and ensure patient safety.
- Provide family-centered care, education, and discharge planning to support informed healthcare choices.
- Coordinate care with obstetric providers, other hospital teams, and support services to optimize outcomes and patient satisfaction.
- Document nursing assessments and interventions in the medical record; respond to changing patient conditions and emergencies; maintain HIPAA compliance and professional standards.

Requirements
- Current RN license in Colorado or a valid compact state
- Minimum of Associate Degree in Nursing (for positions hired after 07/01/2018)
- Basic Life Support (BLS), Neonatal Resuscitation Provider (NRP), and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications
- One year of clinical nursing experience
- Ability to work a rotating 12-hour shift schedule (days or nights) and work in the antepartum/labor/postpartum setting with Level 2 nursery coverage
