Texas Capital Bank may assign reasonably related additional duties to individual employees consistent with standard departmental policy.QualificationsHigh School diploma, general education degree (GED), or equivalent required2+ year’s customer service experience in a professional environment requiredFinancial services call center experience strongly preferredBilingual Spanish language, both verbal and written, preferredExcellent verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to communicate ideas and information in a clear, concise, and organized mannerCustomer service oriented, with a strong orientation for sensitivity and professionalism when handling customer calls, questions, and concernsExcellent problem solving and organization skillsAbility to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced and constantly changing environmentStrong PC skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and the ability to learn and utilize custom banking systems and applications in a rapidly changing business and technology environmentMust be able to work a flexible schedule that will require extended evening and Saturday hoursThe duties listed above are the essential functions, or fundamental duties within the job classification.
