Location: San Francisco, CA (in person, 5 days per week)
Compensation: $150,000 - $200,000 + equity
Employment Type: Full-time

The client is the platform for building, deploying and managing mission-critical enterprise applications, bringing AI-powered development, data integrations, secure deployment and governance onto one stack. Its open-source framework has powered over 1 million applications and earned 28,000+ GitHub stars, and 30% of the Fortune 500 use it.
Founded in 2023, the client closed its Series A and grew from about $50K to over $1M ARR in seven months with effectively one salesperson.
The RoleThe client is hiring its first Growth Lead (2-5 years) to build the growth function from scratch at a fast-scaling, product-led company.
What You Will Do- Own growth strategy and execution across organic, content and SEO channels.
- Run creative, high-visibility growth experiments.
- Turn open-source adoption into qualified pipeline.
- Work with little guidance: take broad goals, ask sharp questions and execute.
- 2-5 years of growth marketing
- A year or more at a fast-scaling, product-led startup with real traction
- Experience at a company that scaled from seed through Series A
- Organic, content and SEO experience, not only paid performance
- Developer-tools or open-source go-to-market
