Let's be clear: this isn't a base + bonus position. This is a fully commission-based opportunity, structured to let top performers earn $10K–$25K+ per month consistently. You'll Own the Full Sales Cycle—And Get Paid Like It
From prospecting to pitching to closing, this role is yours to run. You'll be reaching out to healthcare organizations across the country—some warm leads, some cold—and showing them how we can take their staffing pressure off their plate. You'll develop relationships with hospital administrators, HR executives, and clinical leaders who are actively trying to solve workforce shortages, and you'll help position our firm as the solution they've been looking for.
Once the deal is signed, you'll continue to own the relationship while our recruiting team gets to work delivering top-tier candidates. And when we place someone? You get paid handsomely—every single time.
