Your Role Awaits

• Performing thorough patient evaluations, ordering diagnostic assessments, and crafting tailored care strategies
• Diagnosing and managing acute and chronic conditions, in consultation with physicians or independently (depending on your credentialing)
• Providing education to patients and their families on preventive measures, wellness practices, and chronic disease management
• Prescribing medicines and therapeutic interventions in line with your license
• Engaging in follow-up care and managing chronic conditions
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive and cohesive care
• Maintaining precise and clear documentation in electronic medical records (EMR)

What You Bring

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

Mandatory Credentials

• Valid Nurse Practitioner licensure in Kansas
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP or ANCC) or a related specialty
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or achievable within 90 days)
