Account Manager - Commercial Landscaping

A growing commercial landscaping company is seeking an experienced Account Manager to oversee client relationships, field operations, and service delivery across a portfolio of commercial properties. This role works closely with Foremen, crews, irrigation technicians, and leadership to ensure quality service, operational efficiency, safety compliance, and customer satisfaction. Commercial landscaping experience is strongly preferred. Responsibilities Manage client accounts and maintain proactive customer communication Oversee daily field operations, scheduling, and crew performance Conduct site visits, quality inspections, and ensure service standards are met Coordinate Foremen, maintenance crews, irrigation technicians, and enhancement teams Manage proposals, service reports, work orders, and project documentation Ensure crews follow safety procedures, equipment protocols, and company standards Review labor hours, overtime, scheduling, and operational reporting Source materials, coordinate vendors, and manage purchase orders as needed Support employee training, accountability, and performance management Work closely with operations leadership to improve productivity and client satisfaction Qualifications 2+ years of account management or operations experience in commercial landscaping Experience managing crews, client relationships, and multiple properties Strong understanding of landscape maintenance operations and scheduling Experience with LMN, Aspire, Boss, or similar landscaping software preferred Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation based on experience Growth opportunities within a stable and growing organization Benefits package available Qualified candidates with commercial landscaping account management or operations leadership experience are encouraged to apply. #J-18808-Ljbffr Frank Crum Staffing
