Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments, identifying clients' needs to develop tailored treatment plans that focus on their individual goals.

• Provide individual therapy utilizing various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and solution-focused approaches.

• Establish clear therapeutic objectives while monitoring client progress to adjust treatment plans as required.

• Offer teletherapy services to enhance client accessibility, ensuring that individuals with various challenges can receive the support they need.

• Maintain meticulously accurate documentation through our electronic health record (EHR) systems to uphold compliance and ethical standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, attending workshops and training to stay current within the industry.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients range from children to adults, facing a variety of mental health issues such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship difficulties. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Social Worker (LSW).

• Educational background including a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or related fields.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills that foster therapeutic relationships with clients and colleagues.

• Empathy and compassion, with a non-judgmental attitude towards varied client backgrounds and experiences.

• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to manage caseload efficiently.

Preferred Experience\n

While specific experience may vary, candidates with demonstrated proficiency in teletherapy and those who have worked with diverse populations, including underrepresented groups, are preferred. Experience with common therapeutic modalities in clinical settings will be advantageous in maximizing client outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year , commensurate with caseload and experience, reflecting our commitment to recognizing the skill and effort of our therapists. Additional benefits include:
