SENIOR AR SPECIALIST - FULL AR LIFECYCLE OWNERSHIP

Who you ar e: 3+ years of accounts receivable, billing, collections, or related accounting experie nceExperience reviewing contracts, purchase orders, amendments, and customer agreements to support accurate bill ingStrong understanding of AR processes including invoicing, cash application, account reconciliations, and collecti onsHighly detail-oriented with the ability to manage complex customer arrangements in a fast-paced environm ent What you’ll do: Own the full AR process from contract and order review through invoicing, collections, cash application, and account reconcili ationReview customer agreements and supporting documentation to ensure invoices are accurate and aligned with contractual termsPartner with Accounting, Sales, Legal, and Operations teams to validate billing milestones, pricing, usage, taxes, and service commencement de tionSupport month-end close activities including AR reconciliations, billing accruals, deferred and unbilled balances, and audit req uests Why work here: Opportunity to own the AR function in a rapidly growing organ izationExposure to complex, high-value customer contracts and billing arran gementsInvolvement in a company-wide ERP tra nsitionFlexible start times with a collaborative, in-office team envi ronment What does this positi on pay? Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location. The expected range for this role is $70,000 to $76,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and e xperience. W our client.
