Business Analyst

Immediate need for a talented Business Analyst. This is a 12 months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Charlotte, NC (Hybrid). Job ID: 26-12744 Pay Range: $55 - $60/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document requirements related to SOX compliance and risk controls
• Support SOX audits, control testing, and documentation
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify gaps and improve control frameworks
• Assist in risk assessments and remediation tracking
• Translate business needs into functional requirements

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key skills; Compliance, Risk, SOX
• Experience as a BA in banking/financial services
• Strong knowledge of SOX compliance and internal controls
• Exposure to risk management and audit processes
• Good analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with GRC tools or regulatory reporting
• Relevant BA or compliance certifications
