Business Systems Analyst (Low Code)

Tandym Group

A financial services firm is looking for a Business Systems Analyst (Low Code) to join their team in Lewisville, TX, or Detroit, MI. This role involves working with low-code platforms and focusing on strategic analysis and software implementation.

About the Opportunity:

Schedule: Full-time
Hours: Standard business hours
Setting: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

Responsibilities:

Understanding complex business challenges and developing intelligent solutions
Possessing strong knowledge of business outcomes and platform capabilities
Collaborating with matrix teams to deliver business solutions
Leading efficient tactical delivery and configuration
Documenting designs to support business outcomes
Performing other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

2+ years of related work experience
High School Diploma / GED and Associate's Degree
Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience with Low Code platforms (Plor, DMP, etc.)
SQL Querying experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to manage projects effectively

Desired Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in the Financial Services industry
Bachelor's Degree
Certification in Project Management/Business Analysis
Low Code Platform certification
Groovy Scripting knowledge
