Make a meaningful impact supporting students in an engaging K-12 environment for the 2026-2027 academic year. This full-time, contract opportunity is available ASAP through June 2027 and is ideal for passionate school-based Social Workers ready to contribute to a supportive educational community. Three positions are available, with focus areas covering K-4, K-2, and K-12 Emotional Support/Autism Support caseloads.

Key Qualifications:

• Current licensure as a Social Worker and eligibility to practice in Pennsylvania
• Previous experience in school settings, preferably with K-12 students
• Strong understanding of emotional support and autism support needs
• Ability to build positive, trusting relationships with students, families, and staff
• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Commitment to collaboration as part of multidisciplinary teams
• Adaptability and initiative in dynamic school environments

Responsibilities:

• Provide targeted social-emotional and behavioral support to students across assigned grade levels
• Develop and implement intervention plans for individual students and small groups
• Engage in crisis intervention and offer counseling as needed
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and specialists to promote student well-being and success
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of support plans
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
• Support school-wide social-emotional wellness initiatives
