Job Description
Clinical Nurse Coordinator - Oncology

Schedule

10-hour Day shifts; 0700-1730, four days a week, Monday to Friday.

Assignment Details

Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week.

Requirements

• Must have 2 years of recent clinic RN experience with adults and pediatrics.
• Experience in patient-facing roles including IV placement, port accessing, skin/wound care, trach care, and PEG tube care.
• KS RN license required.
• AHA BLS certification required.
• Experience in Radiation Oncology, Medical Oncology, Emergency Department, or ICU preferred.
• New graduates are not accepted.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care with medical oncology and surgical oncology teams.
• Assist in obtaining medical records and scheduling scans.
• Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team members.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail and organization.
• Support the head and neck team, providing specialized care as needed.
