Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct assessments to understand clients' psychosocial needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans tailored to their specific challenges.

• Provide psychoeducation and therapeutic support through individual, group, and family therapy, employing evidence-based practices to foster recovery.

• Facilitate crisis intervention as needed, employing de-escalation techniques and providing immediate support to clients in distress.

• Maintain accurate records and complete documentation in a timely manner to ensure compliance with organizational protocols and state regulations.

Qualifications\n
