Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of children and families to identify needs and develop appropriate strategies.

• Participate actively in the creation and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) tailored to each child's unique needs.

• Collaborate with a dedicated team to monitor and evaluate progress, adjusting strategies as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Provide direct assistance to families to facilitate the developmental goals set forth in IFSPs, ensuring a supportive and engaging environment.
\n
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations as well as organizational policies to maintain high standards of practice.
\n
• Establish and maintain strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and team members to foster a collaborative therapeutic environment.

• Utilize evidence-based practices aligned with Natural Learning Environment Practices to promote skill development.
\n
• Implement strategies and provide training in naturalistic settings to empower families and enhance learning experiences.
\n
• Uphold health and safety standards to protect both staff and clients in all interactions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role involves working with children experiencing disabilities or developmental delays during their formative years. You will be an integral part of a team dedicated to providing Early Intervention (EI) services, which are crucial for supporting children aged birth to three years. Your work will help these children acquire essential skills in physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication domains, ultimately empowering their families and promoting lifelong learning.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Doctorate in Social Work.

• Active license by the Department of Public Health, specifically an LCSW.
\n
• Valid driver's license for any potential in-home visits.
\n
• A minimum of one year of experience working directly with children in early intervention settings.

• Demonstrated commitment to implementing evidence-based strategies in line with Natural Learning Environment Practices.

• Exceptional organizational and time management skills accompanied by a strong ability to communicate effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience in a detox center or in settings focused on mental health and substance use interventions will be advantageous. Familiarity with coaching paradigms and delivering services in naturalistic contexts will be highly regarded.

Compensation and Benefits\n
