About the Role:

Sonic Drive-In in Howell, NJ is hiring immediately and looking for energetic, motivated team members to join our crew! Whether you're working the drive thru or rocking it in the kitchen, this is your chance to be part of a fast-paced, fun environment with an immediate start date. Responsibilities:

• Greet and serve customers quickly and courteously at the drive thru window
• Prepare and cook menu items according to Sonic's quality and food safety standards
• Take and process customer orders accurately using the POS system
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation in both kitchen and front-of-house areas
• Restock supplies and ingredients to ensure smooth service during peak hours
• Work collaboratively with team members to deliver fast, friendly service
• Follow all food handling, sanitation, and safety guidelines

Requirements:

• No prior experience required — we will train the right candidates!
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to showing up ready to work
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays is a plus
• Must be able to start immediately or within a very short timeframe
