Enterprise Program Manager

Lead end-to-end planning and execution of large, cross-functional enterprise data projects Coordinate dependencies across multiple teams and workstreams Establish and maintain Agile program governance, including sprint cadences, backlog health, release planning, PI planning, scrum-of-scrums, and retrospectives Own program-level tracking and reporting in JIRA, including custom dashboards, epic/initiative hierarchies, cross-team boards, and portfolio-level views Partner with engineering, data, product, and business stakeholders to define scope, timelines, resourcing, and success criteria Identify, track, and proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies across concurrent programs Escalate risks and issues appropriately Drive consistent status reporting and executive-level communication Translate technical progress into business impact Facilitate change management and organizational alignment across teams Continuously improve program management processes, tooling, and reporting standards Perform other duties as needed Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field with 7+ years of program/project management experience Equivalent experience alternative: 11+ years of program/project management experience, including large-scale, multi-team, or enterprise-level initiatives Hands-on knowledge of Agile project management methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or similar Experience running Agile ceremonies and coaching teams Extensive hands-on experience with JIRA, including administration, custom workflows, dashboards, advanced JQL, and portfolio/program-level views such as Advanced Roadmaps Demonstrated success managing large, complex projects or programs with multiple dependencies, stakeholders, and delivery teams Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills Must be authorized to work in the United States Must not require visa sponsorship now or in the future PMP,

PMI-ACP

, CSM, or equivalent certification preferred Insurance industry experience preferred, with P&C familiarity preferred Experience within data management, data platform, or technology modernization programs preferred Familiarity with Confluence, Power BI, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms preferred Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in leading large-scale, cross-functional enterprise data projects with a strong focus on Agile methodologies, stakeholder management, and effective communication.
