We're looking for a detail-oriented, organized professional to schedule medical appointments and coordinate transportation for Providence ElderPlace participants. You'll play a key role in keeping our participants on track for their care while supporting our team behind the scenes.

We're looking for a detail-oriented, organized professional to schedule medical appointments and coordinate transportation for Providence ElderPlace participants. You'll play a key role in keeping our participants on track for their care while supporting our team behind the scenes.
What You'll Do:
- Schedule appointments for PCPs, nurses, and internal/external specialists.
- Dispatch drivers and plan transportation routes to ensure safe, timely transport.
- Maintain clinic calendars, send reminders, and communicate with participants and caregivers.
- Track lab work, medical imaging, and clinic supplies.
- Provide backup reception and general office support as needed.
- 2+ years' experience in medical scheduling or transportation dispatch.
- Proficiency in Outlook; Microsoft Office knowledge preferred.
- Knowledge of King County streets and local logistics.
- Strong organization, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Experience with EMR (Epic preferred) and Easy Rides software a plus.
- Reliable, insured vehicle preferred.
