Account Sales Representative

Natera

Natera seeks an Account Sales Representative to support Women's Health market growth in Western Louisiana. The role involves collaborating with Clinical Field Specialists to drive revenue through direct sales to obstetricians and maternal-fetal medicine specialists, while maintaining customer relationships and supporting new product launches.

Responsibilities

Support Clinical Field Specialists in closing sales and maintaining existing customer accounts
Assess medical professionals' needs and coordinate logistics and problem-solving
Cultivate key relationships and develop strategic business plans to accelerate revenue growth
Promote quality client relations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Communicate with internal staff and customers to maintain service quality

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of sales experience
Background in medical or biological sciences preferred
Proven track record of achieving sales goals
Strong interpersonal, analytical, and written communication skills

Compensation: $65,000–$80,000 USD base plus uncapped quarterly commissions, car allowance, and Restricted Stock Units
