House of Possibilities (HOPe) seeks a Communications Manager to join our Advancement team. Reporting to the Chief Advancement Officer, the Manager will will play an important role in promoting HOPe's mission, programs, and fundraising initiatives through digital and traditional communications. Part of a four-person team with a big agenda, they must be adaptable and flexible, capable of working both independently and collaboratively.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of professional marketing and communications experience and be ready to help grow HOPe's presence. Their passion for working in a mission-driven environment should come through in the compelling content they create to engage our donors and community members. Overseeing our digital and social media will give them a platform to flex their storytelling muscles. Time and project management skills will be essential. A team player with an eye for detail, the Manager will contribute to the strategic design and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional plans for events. A Bachelor's degree is required.

• At least 2 years of professional experience in marketing or communications; experience with non profit or human services organizations preferred

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to create compelling content

• Demonstrated competency with social media platforms, particularly Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn

• Familiarity with email marketing platforms and websites

• Proficiency with Google Suite and design tools like Canva; CRM experience preferred

• Basic graphic design, photography, and video capabilities would be a plus

• Project management mindset with a focus on details

• Stellar interpersonal and collaboration skills

• Bachelor’s Degree

House of Possibilities operates out of sites in Easton, Brockton, and Boston. This hybrid position will be based out of Easton, with the expectation of visiting the other branches as needed.
