Oracle Product Data Hub (PDH) Functional Lead

SKILLS REQUIRED

Expertise in Oracle Fusion Product Data Hub (PDH): Hands‑on functional lead experience across at least 2 full‑cycle implementations. Advanced Product Modeling: Proficiency in item classes, templates, lifecycle phases, and attribute group management. Complex Structure Management: Deep knowledge of BOMs, including ATO/PTO and multi‑level product structures. Integration Proficiency: Experience aligning PDH data with CPQ, Order Management, and Subscription Management modules. Data Migration: Expertise in performing high‑volume data uploads using FBDI and import maps. Direct experience with CPQ integration workflows. (Good to have) Strong background in the Subscription Billing domain. (Good to have) Relevant Oracle Cloud Certifications. (Good to have)

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking an expert Oracle PDH Functional Lead to manage configuration, product modeling, and cross‑functional integrations within the Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM suite. You will be responsible for defining the product data strategy, ensuring that complex items—including subscription and warranty‑based offerings—are correctly structured and integrated across the enterprise ecosystem. This role requires a hands‑on leader who can translate business requirements into scalable, clean product data architectures.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead PDH Configuration: Own the setup of item classes, templates, lifecycle phases, attributes, and catalogs to support diverse business requirements. Manage Product Lifecycle: Oversee the end‑to‑end setup of standard, subscription, and warranty items, ensuring consistency and accuracy. Design Product Structures: Architect and support complex product configurations, including ATO/PTO and multi‑level Bills of Materials (BOMs). Execute Data Migrations: Utilize FBDI and import maps to ensure seamless and accurate data ingestion into the Oracle environment. Drive Integration Strategy: Collaborate with technical teams to ensure PDH data flows correctly into CPQ, Order Management, and Subscription modules. Provide Scalable Solutions: Conduct fit‑gap analysis and provide functional guidance to resolve complex product data challenges. Quality Assurance & Deployment: Lead testing cycles, coordinate defect resolution, and support post‑deployment production stability.
