(80% Travel)Do you have the following skills, experience and drive to succeed in this role Find out below.About the RoleThe Junior Account Manager (JAM) is responsible for supporting the Key Account Manager in growing and managing our Key Customer. The JAM assists in promoting product knowledge across account stores, improving store-level execution, and driving sales. They help implement sales initiatives and in-store engagement strategies while maintaining alignment between the company and Key Customer.ResponsibilitiesSupport store visits to Key Customer locations to assist with training on product features, installation, and selling techniques.Reinforce product knowledge with store associates to help improve customer experience and sell-through.Assist at Key Customer Pro Events to promote the brand and support engagement with professional customers.Build and maintain working relationships with store teams and support communication with Customer contacts.Help execute merchandising programs, promotions, and assortment initiatives in stores.Support communication of pricing, product positioning, and company priorities.Maintain accurate records of activities, visits, and feedback using internal systems (Teams).Provide basic market feedback on competition, product performance, and store insights.Coordinate with internal teams to support product launches and merchandising updates.Participate in trade shows and events as needed.Follow company guidelines for travel planning and expense reporting.Perform additional duties as assigned by management.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentPreferably two (2) years of sales experience.Proven ability to work with complex retail customers or multi-location accounts.Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills.Microsoft Teams proficiency and strong overall computer literacy.Required SkillsHighly organized and structured.Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.Work autonomously with minimal supervision.Self-starter with a high level of accountability.Sales-driven mindset with strong customer focus.Comfortable with frequent travel and field-based work. xhyhwjd Travel:Travel Requirement: Up to 80% travel (approximately 4 consecutive days per week).We are currently able to hire candidates who reside in the following states: Alabama, Georgia, Florida, Tennessee, South Carolina, North Carolina, Texas, Ohio, New York, New Jersey, MaineBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceEmployee assistance programEmployee discountFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insurancePaid time offReferral programRetirement planVision insurance
