Specialty Health Ambassador Trainees
Full Circle Of Choices Inc
The Trainee Specialty Health Ambassador ("Trainee SHA") will attend and complete a job readiness program, learn about available community resources, and engage in supervised outreach activities in the community. This position is part-time, and hours will vary based on the individual. This position will last for a maximum of one year. Qualifications for Hiring Regional Center Client Current (or able to become) Full Circle of Choices Client in a community or vocational capacity (i.e., ILS/TDS/ETC) Experience or interest in advocating for self or others Experience or interest in presenting information at community or other events Experience with benefits use (e.g., Medi-Cal, SSI, Cal Fresh, etc.) preferred Knowledge of or ability to learn Microsoft applications (e.g., Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and web conferencing platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams) Ability to manage own transportation with or without support #J-18808-Ljbffr Full Circle Of Choices Inc
