• Review test results meticulously for precision, troubleshoot discrepancies, and ensure lab equipment undergoes necessary maintenance and calibration.
• Support specimen collection efforts and be prepared to process samples for various tests as needed.
• Document all procedural steps accurately, guide new team members or students, and uphold the highest standards of lab quality.
• Foster a clean, safe workspace while complying with regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree, along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) is required within the first year of employment.
• You will need to maintain your certification throughout your tenure with us.
