Builtech is currently seeking Assistant Project Manager ready to join a fast-paced and growing environment .

Responsibilities:

• Manage 2-4 projects concurrently with contract values ranging from $15-15M. 
• Assist Project Manager with project financials and job profitability. 
• Manage and communicate change orders, purchase orders and invoices. 
• Facilitate and execute contract administration responsibility for RFIs, submittals, and change management. 
• Daily communication with your project teammates.

Requirements:

• Knowledge and proficiency in the following computer software systems: MS Office, MS Project and preferably, Procore 
• Leadership skills including self-awareness, time management, positivity, assertiveness, delegation, negotiation, and organization 
• Willingness to travel to job sites (locally or nationally) as needed
• Ability to remain in a stationary position 95% of the time 
• The ability to constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as computer keyboards, copy machines, and computer printers 
• The ability to occasionally lift and carry lightweight office items like supplies or equipment 
• Valid driver’s license
