Precision Freight is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Freight Broker to join our growing team. This role is exclusively focused on prospecting new customers, securing business, and building strong, long-term relationships within the logistics industry. We are looking for an individual with proven freight sales experience who thrives in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment and is motivated by growth, opportunity, and financial success. Freight Broker will play a critical role in expanding our customer base, leveraging industry expertise to identify potential clients, engage key decision-makers, and provide tailored logistics solutions that drive revenue growth. What You’ll Do: Research, identify, and target potential customers through cold outreach, networking, and market research. Initiate contact with potential clients via phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and industry events. Effectively present Precision Freight’s services, negotiate pricing, and close new accounts to drive revenue growth. Develop long-term partnerships by understanding clients' needs and providing exceptional service. Ensure consistent communication and follow-up with clients to foster trust and repeat business. Consistently achieve individual and team sales targets, contributing to company-wide growth. Develop strategies to penetrate new markets and diversify the company’s client portfolio. Utilize CRM tools to monitor sales performance, customer interactions, and revenue trends. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service execution for customers. Mentor other team members in sales. What You Bring to the Table: 2+ years of logistics or freight brokerage sales experience. Proven ability to prospect, negotiate, and close business in a competitive logistics environment. Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers. Motivation, drive, and results. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
