The Enterprise Account Director is responsible for driving new enterprise revenue through proactive outbound hunting and confidently leading complex SaaS sales cycles from initial engagement through close. You will sell into Fortune 500 organizations, engage directly with senior enterprise leaders, including heads of network operations, and own high-value opportunities with $130K+ ACVs. Responsibilities Generate and close net new enterprise SaaS business, with a focus on large strategic opportunities and $130K+ ACVs. Build the majority of your pipeline through proactive outbound prospecting, strategic account development, and relationship building. Own complex, full-cycle enterprise sales from initial outreach and discovery through technical evaluation, negotiation, and close. Lead enterprise sales conversations with a Challenger mentality, confidently identifying business problems, challenging assumptions, and driving clear next steps. Build relationships with senior stakeholders across operations, infrastructure, technology, procurement, and executive leadership. Own renewals and expansion opportunities across new and existing strategic accounts. Partner closely with leadership and Solutions Engineering to develop account strategy, navigate technical sales cycles, and win complex opportunities.
