Maintenance Technician - Improve Homes and Communities

Dominium

Dominium is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Maison at Solivita Marketplace, a 396-unit apartment community in Kissimmee, FL. You will maintain the property to ensure a great living experience for residents, handling repairs and preventative tasks. The role requires 1–2 years maintenance experience; basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and painting; HVAC and EPA experience preferred; valid driver's license.
