What Youll Do:

- Provide general desktop and end-user support for hardware and software issues.

- Respond to and resolve incident and service requests through ticketing systems.

- Support MS Office Suite and backend Office environments.

- Manage and troubleshoot MS Intune and Active Directory.

- Maintain office technology and remote management tools.

- Provide Level 1 & Level 2 enterprise support.

- Edit and maintain documentation related to applications and hardware environments.

- Support standardized procedures to meet objectives and deadlines.

- Model behaviors aligned with CBRE RISE values.

- Bachelors degree preferred; without a degree, 5 additional years of experience required

- Experience supporting executive-level stakeholders preferred

- Strong understanding of standardized IT support procedures

- Excellent communication and professionalism in fast-paced environments

- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tickets

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New York, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $34.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
