Inbound Call Coordinator

Compensation: $ 20-25/hour, depending on experience Location: Houston, Texas Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Inbound Call Coordinator to join their team! This is a strong opportunity for a detail-oriented customer service professional who enjoys keeping operations moving. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for inbound requests, helping coordinate service needs, update records, and support drivers, dispatch, and internal teams. Key Responsibilities & Duties: Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls professionally Schedule service requests, pickups, swaps, and removals Coordinate requests with dispatch, drivers, and operations teams Update service orders, notes, and customer records accurately Research and resolve missed pickups and service issues Communicate service updates and expectations to customers Follow up on open requests until completion Escalate billing, safety, or operational concerns as needed Document all interactions clearly and consistently Support additional customer service and administrative tasks Required Qualifications & Experience: 1-3 years of related customer service or call center experience Experience in dispatch, logistics, transportation, or waste management Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational and time-management abilities Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Comfort using computers, phones, email, and service software Accurate data entry and record-keeping skills Ability to stay calm and professional with challenging situations Must have CRM experience Nice to Have Skills & Experience: Experience in the waste, hauling, trucking, or construction industry Sage ERP experience 3 different medical health insurance plans, dental, and vision insurance Voluntary, Short-term and Long-term disability insurance Weekly direct deposit or pay card deposit Other Information: Fast-paced office and operations environment Frequent interaction with customers, drivers, dispatch, and internal teams May require extended periods of sitting and computer work Handles changing priorities and urgent service requests Inceed is an equal opportunity employer.
