We provide personalized, high-quality personal assistance services to individuals living in their own homes. We are building a team of compassionate, dependable, and professional caregivers who take pride in the care they provide. Every member of our team is thoroughly screened, trained, and supported by clinical leadership. Position Summary The Personal Care Aide / Direct Care Worker provides non-medical personal assistance and companion care services to clients in their place of residence. Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, you will assist clients with activities of daily living and support their independence, dignity, and quality of life at home. Responsibilities Duties are assigned by the Supervising RN and outlined in each client's individualized care plan and may include: Assisting clients with personal care including bathing, grooming, oral hygiene, dressing, and toileting Assisting with ambulation, transfers, and positioning Meal preparation and feeding assistance Light housekeeping tasks essential to the client's health and safety Companionship and socialization Medication reminders for medications that are ordinarily self-administered Observing and reporting changes in the client's condition to the Supervising RN Completing visit documentation accurately through our Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) system Following all agency infection control and safety protocols Minimum Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age High school diploma or GED preferred Prior experience as a caregiver, PCA, CNA, or HHA preferred but not required — we will train the right candidate HHA certification is a plus but not required Must pass a Pennsylvania State Police (PATCH) criminal background check and PA Child Abuse History clearance prior to hire Must complete TB screening prior to working with clients Must have reliable transportation within Delaware and Philadelphia Counties Must have a valid government-issued photo ID and eligibility to work in the United States Dependable, compassionate, and professional What We Offer $14.50 per hour Per diem and flexible scheduling RN-supervised work environment with clinical support Orientation and training provided Opportunity to grow with an expanding agency A professional, respectful, and mission-driven workplace Qualified candidates will be contacted within 3 to 5 business days.
