Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities, limitations, and rehabilitation goals during initial evaluations.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address specific needs, utilizing evidence-based practices and the latest therapeutic techniques.
• Administer a variety of therapies including manual techniques, therapeutic exercises, and other modalities to facilitate recovery.
• Continuously monitor patient progress and modify treatment approaches as necessary based on patient feedback and clinical observations.
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises, home care strategies, and injury prevention to foster recovery outside the clinical setting.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment plans accurately in compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Stay current with advancements in physical therapy practices by engaging in ongoing professional development and attending workshops or seminars.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at our facility, you will work primarily with a diverse patient population, including those recovering from surgery, injuries sustained from accidents, or chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this full-time position ranges from $90,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
