Work Environment

The successful applicant will work in an outpatient setting equipped with state-of-the-art facilities designed to foster patient recovery and rehabilitation. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients, including the review of medical history and performance of specific assessments to determine diagnosis and treatment plans.
• Clearly explain evaluation findings and treatment strategies to patients and their families, ensuring that they participate actively in setting personal rehabilitative goals.
• Implement individualized treatment protocols based on the initial evaluation results, continually adapting these as per the patient's progress and needs.
• Collaborate with other medical personnel to optimize patient care; this includes recognizing when there are significant changes in a patient's condition that may require a reassessment of their treatment plan.
• Maintain thorough documentation of patient care activities, including initial evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
