Work Environment

This onsite role entails working directly with patients in our well-equipped rehabilitation facility, which enables optimal clinical interactions. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities, crafting individualized treatment plans that accommodate their specific rehabilitation goals.
• Manage a steady caseload of patients, dedicating one-on-one time to each individual to maximize therapeutic outcomes.
• Implement evidence-based interventions and rehabilitation programs using various techniques, including manual therapy and therapeutic exercises.
• Advocate for non-pharmacological treatment options, aiming to reduce patients' dependence on medications and avoiding unnecessary surgical interventions.
• Regularly evaluate patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary, ensuring a responsive approach to their rehabilitative needs.
• Document all patient care services meticulously using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems like WebPT, maintaining continuity of care within the healthcare team.
• Inspire and motivate patients during their rehabilitation journey to foster a strong commitment to recovery and enhance functional capabilities.
• Encourage lifestyle modifications that improve patients' strength, flexibility, balance, and overall physical health through tailored wellness programs.
• Engage in collaborative discussions and consultations with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive and integrated patient care.
• Maintain clear communication with patients regarding their treatment plans and progress to foster trust and participation in the recovery process.

Patient Population / Client Focus

At Holistic Health PT Clinic, you will work primarily with patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, or chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required; a Master's or Doctorate degree (MPT or DPT) is preferred.
• Valid Florida state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• No record of board or disciplinary actions on your license.
• Strong proficiency in manual therapy techniques and experience in creating effective exercise programs.
• Familiarity with EMR systems, particularly WebPT, is essential.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with prior experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting will be given preference. Candidates should also demonstrate a history of effectively working within collaborative healthcare environments and a commitment to ongoing professional development.

Compensation and Benefits
