Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Condor Spine and Orthopaedics, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough evaluations by reviewing medical history, performing physical assessments, and documenting findings effectively.
• Communicating evaluation results and treatment recommendations to patients and their families, involving them in goal-setting processes for optimal recovery.
• Implementing evidence-based treatment protocols tailored to each patient's needs while adapting to changes in their health status and care landscape.
• Collaborating with physicians and healthcare team members to address and document any changes in patients' conditions that may necessitate adjustments to care plans.
• Managing the discharge planning process, ensuring follow-up care is clearly articulated, and promptly completing all necessary documentation to support care continuity.
• Maintaining efficient time management to meet productivity expectations and participating in community outreach and marketing initiatives.
• Engaging in ongoing professional development by pursuing continuing education opportunities and striving for excellence in practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• A valid state physical therapist license for Florida.
• Strong assessment and treatment plan development skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

Preferred Experience

While not required, preference will be given to candidates with:

• Experience in outpatient orthopedic settings.

Compensation and Benefits
