Work Environment

This role is performed onsite at our outpatient office, with a structured schedule running Monday through Friday from 9 am to 6 pm. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed assessments to identify patient goals, limitations, and requirements related to their orthopedic conditions.
• Manage an average caseload of one patient per hour, ensuring high-quality and individualized attention during treatment sessions.
• Utilize a broad range of therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and functional training to improve patients' range of motion and physical abilities.
• Develop and implement comprehensive rehabilitation plans based on each patient's unique situation, consistently evaluating progress and adjusting treatment as needed.
• Promote patient education, empowering clients to understand their conditions and encouraging proactive self-management strategies.
• Engage in professional development and utilize evidence-based practices to deliver the highest standard of care.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment outcomes thoroughly and in accordance with clinic policies and healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care, ensuring continuity and comprehensiveness in treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will primarily involve working with patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and musculoskeletal disorders. By focusing on evidence-based treatments and personalized care programs, you'll play a critical part in helping individuals restore their physical function and confidence.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (MPT or DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Valid Florida state license as a Physical Therapist.
• No history of disciplinary actions or board violations in your practice.
• Demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy techniques and exercise program design.
• Experience with EMR Software, particularly WebPT, to manage patient records efficiently.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, candidates with prior experience in orthopedic outpatient settings will have an advantage. Expertise in pain management techniques and experience in developing wellness programs tailored to specific patient needs will be highly valued.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to the salary, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
