Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement individualized treatment and care plans based on comprehensive patient evaluations and assessments.
• Utilize hands-on therapy techniques including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and other modalities to facilitate healing and recovery.
• Exercise independent professional judgment to provide effective treatment, adjusting approaches as required based on patient feedback and progress.
• Maintain proactive and open communication with patients and their families to discuss ongoing progress, address concerns, and educate on home programs.
• Document patient treatment plans, progress, and outcomes accurately in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients.

The patient population consists of individuals requiring rehabilitation for a wide range of conditions, including post-surgical recovery, orthopedic injuries, neurological disorders, and chronic pain management. Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational institution.
• Current and valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida is essential.
• A minimum of two years of direct experience in physical therapy, preferably in a home care or outpatient setting.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team of healthcare providers.
