Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to identify physical limitations, develop accurate diagnoses, and recommend effective treatment options.

• Exercise professional judgment in making treatment decisions and adapting plans as needed based on patient progress and feedback.
• Provide direct, hands-on therapy while ensuring patients understand their treatment goals and progress through ongoing education and engagement.
• Maintain thorough documentation of patient interactions, treatments provided, and progress notes, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create a multidisciplinary approach to patient care, including referrals to other specialists when necessary.
• Foster a positive relationship with patients through effective communication, actively addressing concerns and motivating them towards their rehabilitation goals.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A current and valid Physical Therapist license to practice in the state of Florida, ensuring adherence to all state regulations.

Compensation and Benefits

Revive Bone Physical Therapy offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and performance.
