Position Overview

Revive Mobility Therapy, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join our dynamic team at our Kissimmee, Florida Rehabilitation Center. This full-time position involves providing exceptional rehabilitation services to clients suffering from physical impairments due to injury, illness, or disability, while also incorporating managerial responsibilities that enhance the quality of care.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish a professional and collaborative work atmosphere that promotes teamwork, quality outcomes, and patient safety, ensuring full colleague participation.
• Engage with our Director of Therapy Operations (DTO) to identify and implement clinical improvement opportunities, contributing to the ongoing development of best practices.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with employers, referral sources, and payer groups through regular communication and proactive engagement strategies.
• Utilize clinical systems effectively to ensure meticulous documentation, appropriate coding practices, and diligent follow-through on all patient care orders, thereby optimizing processes within the center.
• Ensure that all practices adhere to the applicable Florida State Practice Act, Rules and Regulations, and Workers' Compensation Regulations, maintaining compliance and high standards of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work at our rehabilitation center will focus on a diverse population of patients ranging from post-surgical recovery clients to those managing chronic conditions or injuries. You will employ evidence-based treatment approaches tailored to each individual's needs, helping them to regain mobility and improve their daily functionality. A key aspect of your role is to assess, educate, and empower patients and their families, fostering a supportive environment for rehabilitation.

Qualifications

• Currently active Florida State licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Possession of a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with diverse patient populations and team members.
• Proven organizational abilities to manage a demanding caseload and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Acute problem-solving and critical-thinking skills applied in clinical settings.
• A passionate commitment to enhancing patient outcomes and improving overall quality of life for clients.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in a rehabilitation setting is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems that support clinical documentation and patient management, enhancing operational effectiveness.
• Training or certification in specialized therapeutic techniques will be considered an asset.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitively set between USD 120,000 to 130,000 yearly, contingent upon caseload and experience.
