This part-time contract opportunity runs from September 1st, 2026, through May 20th, 2027, for 20 hours per week. Successful candidates will:

• Hold current, active Texas SLP licensure
• Have experience in school-based speech-language pathology
• Be skilled in conducting assessments and providing direct therapy to elementary students
• Demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills
• Be able to complete required fingerprinting and credentialing documents in a timely manner
• Exhibit a collaborative approach with both staff and families
• Be fully licensed SLPs (CFs are not eligible for this role)

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Delivering targeted speech and language therapy to students on service plans
• Conducting evaluations, re-evaluations, and progress monitoring
• Documenting services and maintaining compliance with educational and legal guidelines
• Collaborating with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Providing recommendations to enhance student success in the classroom
• Serving as an advocate for effective communication skills
