Key Qualifications:

• Active Texas SLP license required
• Demonstrated experience in a school setting providing both testing and direct therapy
• Ability to efficiently manage a diverse caseload within elementary school populations
• Prompt completion of Texas fingerprinting and required credentialing documentation (if not already on file)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with educators, staff, and families
• Availability for an in-person interview on August 14th

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver targeted speech therapy services and conduct comprehensive student assessments
• Develop individualized treatment plans, monitor progress, and adapt methodologies for evolving needs
• Document sessions, assessments, and maintain compliance with school and state guidelines
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support students’ academic and social success
• Engage in ongoing communication with teachers and parents to update on student progress

This contract position spans from September 1, 2026, through May 20, 2027, covering 20 hours each week between campus needs. You’ll serve Charlotte Anderson Elementary, directly impacting students who benefit from exceptional SLP support.

Prompt completion of all state-required credentialing steps, including fingerprinting, is essential to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
