We’re seeking highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for immediate full-time openings serving primarily elementary, with some middle school caseloads. This position focuses on providing essential evaluation and case management services, with occasional therapy sessions as needed. What You’ll Bring:

• Current Texas SLP license (required)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Experience in school-based SLP roles, especially with evaluation and case management
• Capacity to manage caseloads for both monolingual and bilingual students (two positions available for each)
• Strong organizational skills and a collaborative approach with staff, students, and families
• Comfort working onsite in a team-oriented school environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations
• Provide case management for assigned students, ensuring compliance and best practices
• Collaborate with educators and families to develop and support IEPs
• Deliver speech and language interventions on an as-needed basis
• Accurately document student progress and maintain required records
• Support both monolingual and bilingual student populations to foster communication growth
• Mostly elementary caseload, with some middle school cases included
