You write things down, and you follow up when you say you would. You can be on the phone with a homeowner, a contractor, and a factory rep before lunch and still keep track of who needs what. People like you because you’re friendly, and they trust you because you get things done. That’s exactly who we’re looking for. As our Service Coordinator, you’ll be the go-between for our homeowners, our contractors, and the factories that build our homes. When something needs fixing, you get the right people on it and see it through, so every family loves the home they bought from us. 8:30-4:30 in the office, $22/hr, and a growing team that’s glad you’re here.
