Senior Manager, Business Operations, G&A
Revolution Medicines
Revolution Medicines seeks a Senior Manager for Business Operations within its General & Administrative function. This role partners across multiple departments to execute strategic initiatives, lead cross-functional projects, and deliver operational improvements that support organizational readiness and growth.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Business Operations and G&A teams to plan and execute strategic initiatives aligned with company priorities
- Lead complex cross-functional projects and workstreams, managing timelines, dependencies, risks, and success measures
- Develop business cases, process analyses, operational metrics, and decision-ready insights for stakeholders
- Design, document, and operationalize processes, governance mechanisms, and operating rhythms for assigned initiatives
- Lead change management activities including stakeholder engagement, communications planning, and adoption support
Requirements
- Strong project management and business operations expertise
- Process improvement and analytical capabilities with data proficiency
- Experience evaluating complex business processes and identifying optimization opportunities
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional stakeholder collaboration
- Change management and organizational readiness experience
- Proficiency translating business requirements into actionable solutions
