Work Environment

This full-time position will be conducted onsite in various home care facilities across the Pensacola region. As a Physical Therapist in our organization, you will have the privilege of working closely with patients in their own environments, which allows for personalized care and direct observation of how their home setup impacts their rehabilitation. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients, including reviewing medical histories, performing physical assessments, and documenting findings in a comprehensive report.
• Develop and explain customized treatment plans to patients and their families, actively involving them in setting achievable goals for rehabilitation.
• Implement treatment protocols with fidelity, adjusting techniques based on patient response, progress, and evolving healthcare guidelines.
• Engage in interdisciplinary consultations, collaborating with physicians and specialists when necessary to address changes in patient condition and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Ensure all aspects of discharge planning are addressed, including providing follow-up care instructions and correctly documenting all patient interactions and treatments in compliance with health care regulations.
• Utilize advanced technology and rehabilitation equipment tailored to individual patient needs, ensuring the integration of current practices in physical therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this Full-Time Physical Therapist position ranges from USD 100,000 to USD 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
