Description - Your Key Responsibilities

• Conduct a variety of routine and advanced clinical tests-encompassing chemistry, hematology, immunology, and beyond-following established laboratory protocols.
• Interpret test results with meticulous attention to detail, troubleshoot discrepancies, and perform essential maintenance and calibrations on laboratory equipment.
• Support specimen collection efforts and prepare samples rigorously for analysis.
• Document all laboratory procedures intricately, mentor new staff members, and help maintain the high standards of quality within the lab.
• Ensure a safe and organized work environment while strictly adhering to regulatory standards and accreditation guidelines.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or equivalent allied health qualifications along with ASCP or AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be achieved within the first year of employment.
• Maintain an active certification for the duration of your employment.
