Lab Assistant I - Marlborough, MA, Monday to Friday, 9:00 PM to 5:30 AM Pre-Analytical Assistant I is responsible for general support functions within the Technical Operations Department. Pay range: $20.10 - $22.01 / hour; employee may be eligible to receive shift differential of 10% for some or all hours worked on second shift and 15% for some or all hours worked on third shift. Additional details on shift differential will be provided if an offer is extended. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation. We are currently seeking a dedicated, highly accurate, and energetic Pre-analytical Assistant to join our operations. In this role, you will manage the critical first physical steps of the laboratory testing process. You will be the vital link between sample arrival and clinical analysis, ensuring that patient samples arriving from Patient Service Centers (PSCs) and internal processing are efficiently unpacked, accurately sorted, and swiftly delivered to our testing departments.
